Back Office Executive Cum Receptionist

We are looking for a professional and organized preferable Female candidate to manage our front desk and provide essential administrative support. In HighBHP Info Solutions, you will play a key role in maintaining front desk activities (our professional image) while ensuring smooth daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, handle incoming calls, interaction with clients, and manage general inquiries with a professional demeanor.
• Data Entry & Documentation: Maintain accurate digital and physical records, update databases, and manage filing systems.
• Office Support: Assist the management team with scheduling, correspondence, and basic administrative tasks.
• Coordination: Coordinate across departments to ensure efficient workflow and office maintenance.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: experienced (Freshers are welcome to apply).
• Communication: Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and internet browsing.
• Attributes: Punctual, detail-oriented, and possessing strong interpersonal skills.
• Education: 10+2 or Higher.
