Back Office Manager

Job Summary:

The Client Relationship Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term business growth. This role involves acting as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, resolving issues promptly, and identifying opportunities to enhance client engagement and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communication and support.
• Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients through regular interactions and follow-ups.
• Understand client goals, challenges, and business needs to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance, etc.) to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
• Handle client inquiries, complaints, or escalations in a professional and timely manner.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and upselling services or products.
• Monitor client satisfaction and develop strategies to improve the overall client experience.
• Prepare and present regular reports on client account status, performance, and engagement.
• Support the development of proposals, presentations, and renewal discussions.
• Stay informed about company products, industry trends, and competitors to better serve clients.
