Job Summary


A Back Office Staff supports the organization by handling administrative, operational, and clerical tasks. The role ensures smooth internal operations, accurate data management, and coordination between departments without direct customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management: Accurately enter, update, and maintain company databases, CRM systems, and spreadsheets.

Documentation: Prepare, sort, and distribute internal reports, invoices, purchase orders, and contracts.

Administrative Support: Assist management with scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and organizing digital and physical filing systems.

Inter-departmental Coordination: Act as a bridge between the sales, finance, and logistics teams to facilitate smooth workflow.

Financial Assistance: Process receipts, reconcile basic accounts, and assist in the preparation of weekly or monthly financial summaries.

Research: Conduct market research or gather data as required by the management team for project planning.

Compliance: Ensure all records and processes adhere to company policies and legal regulations.
