Job Description:

Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews with team members to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.

Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

Stay informed about industry developments and competitors' activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.

Job Timings: 11am - 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
