Baker

We are looking for a skilled Bakery Chef / Dessert Chef to join our ice cream production team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in dessert preparation, baking, or professional cooking, and a passion for creating high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and assist in production of ice creams, kulfis, and dessert items

Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and quality

Follow standard recipes and production processes

Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards

Assist in new flavour trials and product development

Manage kitchen inventory and ingredient usage

Requirements

Experience in desserts / baking / professional kitchen

Basic understanding of food production processes

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Team player with a disciplined work approach

Prior experience in a bakery, cloud kitchen, or food production unit is a plus

Work Details

Working Days: 6 days a week

Working Hours: 10 hours per day

Weekly Off: Monday (Fixed)
