Position Overview : Chaigram is looking for a skilled and creative Sous Chef – Bakery who can support bakery operations and assist the Head Chef in daily production. The candidate must be proficient in snacks, baked items, cakes, pastries, and desserts with the ability to handle a team and maintain quality standards.

• Key Responsibilities - Assist the Head Chef in managing day-to-day bakery production.
• Prepare a variety of snacks, breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other baked products.
• Ensure consistency, taste, presentation, and hygiene across all items.
• Develop new recipes, seasonal specials, and menu innovations for Chaigram.
• Maintain raw material inventory, storage, and stock control.
• Supervise, train, and guide junior bakery staff.
• Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Ensure timely production and smooth workflow during operational hours.
• Support management with cost control and new product trials.
• Requirements 2–5 years of bakery/pastry experience, including team-handling exposure.
• Strong hands-on expertise in snacks, cakes, pastries, breads, tarts, desserts, and baked goods.
• Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment usage.
• Ability to handle production volume and maintain consistency.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
