Job Description
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty coffees
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service at all times
- Take accurate orders and handle cash or POS transactions efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and seating area
- Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure consistency and quality
- Monitor stock levels of coffee, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and report shortages promptly
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment properly
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain smooth daily operations
- Demonstrate a passion for coffee and continuously improve product knowledge and skills
