Department: Food & Beverage / Café Operations

Reports To: Café Manager / Supervisor

Job Overview

A Barista is responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverage products, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean, welcoming café environment. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities -

• Customer Service Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
• Provide product recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Ensure a positive and friendly customer experience at all times.
• Handle customer complaints or requests professionally.
• Beverage & Food Preparation - Prepare and serve coffee, tea, espresso-based drinks, smoothies, and other beverages.
• Follow café recipes and presentation standards consistently.
• Operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and blenders.
• Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation, and food safety procedures.

• Skills & Qualifications
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Can brew coffee at outdoor events

• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, or holidays.
