We are looking for an engaging, courteous barista who is passionate about food and beverage preparation and an create
a classic beverages menu (15-20 items) including varied authentic range of hot and cold beverages from across the world.

The barista will also help service, greet customers, answer their questions (if any) and prepare orders respectively. She/He shall maintain a clean
and well-stocked workspace, update displays, and continuously expand knowledge of trending food and beverages, quality
controls, preparation methods, and presentation.

Experience and knowledge of identifying good coffee beans, their processing, sorted tea range, mocktails preparation with
seasonal ingredients. Having a good knowledge of Italian commercial coffee machines maintenance is preferred

Barista Responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers (if any walk towards the counter), informing them about specials or new items, servicing them
- Preparing food, such as sandwiches or baked goods, and grinding and blending coffee beans, brewing coffee and
tea and prepare mocktails as required (as per menu)
- Packaging food and beverages for sale/to-go orders
- Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils
- Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve
food quality
- Updating signage and displays to attract customers
- Taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases, at tables, or behind the counter.
- Working as part of a fun, high-energy team
- Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls

Barista Requirements:
- Women Staff preferred
• Proven experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred
• Training and willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation
• Exceptional listening and communication skills
• Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended period
• Availability to work around peak hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
• A polite, engaging personality
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
• Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment
