Job Title- Beautician

Summary- A beautician is a trained professional who provides comprehensive beauty services to enhance clients' physical appearance and self-confidence, including hairstyling, skincare, makeup application, and nail care. They analyze client needs, recommend personalized treatments and products, maintain high sanitation standards, and often manage appointments, acting as both a beauty expert and a consultant. 

Key Responsibilities

• Hair Care: Shampooing, cutting, coloring, styling, and treating hair.
• Skin Care: Performing facials, anti-stress massages, body scrubs, and applying masks.
• Makeup Application: Providing makeup services for daily looks or special events.
• Nail Care: Delivering manicures, pedicures, and nail art.
• Hair Removal: Performing waxing, threading, and other,, electrolysis or laser treatments.
• Consultation & Sales: Recommending suitable beauty products, skin care routines, and treatments to clients to cross-sel.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: The candidate should be minimum educated may be 10 pass or 12 pass and having a valid certificate of beautician.
• Experience: Proven experience as a beautician or similar role in a salon, spa, or retail environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in a wide range of beauty techniques and tools.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, customer service, and listening skills.

Work Environment

Beauticians often work in salons, spas, or retail beauty stores and may work flexible hours, including weekends.

BenefitThe salary for a fresher beautician ranges from ₹4,000 to ₹6,000. For experienced candidates, the salary ranges from ₹8,000 to ₹10,000, along with additional incentives.
