We are looking for a skilled and customer-oriented Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about beauty and skincare, with the ability to provide a wide range of treatments that enhance clients’ appearance, confidence, and well-being. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality services and maintaining a clean, relaxing environment.

• Key Responsibilities:Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, massages, manicures, pedicures, and body treatments.
• Assess clients’ skin and body conditions and recommend suitable treatments and products.
• Provide expert advice on skincare routines, cosmetic products, and beauty regimes.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in all treatment areas and equipment.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat visits and client satisfaction.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, new treatments, and product knowledge.
• Keep accurate client records, including treatment history and product usage.
• Sell and promote skincare and beauty products offered by the salon/spa.
• Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
• Requirements:Diploma or certificate in Beauty Therapy (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3, CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or equivalent).
• Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or similar role.
• Knowledge of a wide range of beauty treatments and techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for beauty, skincare, and customer care.
• High standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
• Preferred Qualifications:Experience in specialized treatments (e.g., microdermabrasion, laser therapy, or advanced facials).
• Sales experience in promoting beauty and skincare products.
• Certification in first aid or health and safety (optional but beneficial).
