About the Role

Are you looking for a part-time role that fits your schedule and helps society? Dreams for Life Welfare Foundation is looking for dedicated Riders to help us collect and distribute essential items like food, books, and clothes to those in need across Kolkata.

Key Responsibilities

Collection: Pick up donations (old clothes, used books, and surplus food) from donor locations.

Distribution: Deliver collected food and items to designated NGO centers or directly to underprivileged communities.

Safety & Care: Ensure that the items (especially food) are handled with care and delivered on time.

Reporting: Use our simple mobile tracking system to log your daily kilometers and successful deliveries.

Payout & Earnings

We value your time and your vehicle’s maintenance. Our payout structure is one of the best for part-time work:

Fixed Minimum Payout: ₹4,000 per month+ incentive for extra kms

Performance Incentives: Extra bonuses for high-volume collections or consistent attendance.

Requirements

Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler (Scooter preferred ) with a valid Driving License.

Smartphone: Must have an Android phone with working GPS/Maps.

Availability: Only 1–2 hours daily (Morning or Evening slots available).

Attitude: Must be polite, punctual, and have a desire to help people.

Language: Knowledge of local Kolkata routes and Bengali/Hindi.
