Position: Bilingual Travel Consultant (French & English)

Salary: Upto ₹25,000 per month + Incentives (Up to ₹6,00,000 per month based on performance)

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound Spanish voice process calls.

Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and service-related queries.

Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and problem resolution.

Requirements:

Must have B2 level certification in French.

Freshers are welcome; prior experience in a voice process is a plus.

Preferred candidates from #Jharkhand, #Bihar, and #Odisha.

Excellent communication skills in Spanish and basic proficiency in English.

Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented approach.

Work Schedule & Benefits:

5 days working (2 Rotational Off)

Odd-hour shifts

Performance-based

incentives up to ₹6,00,000 per month.
