Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Sales Return GRN (Goods Receipt Note) process
- Perform billing rectifications and corrections when required
- Maintain proper filing of sales bills and documents
- Enter and manage purchase bills and expense entries
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry in the system
- Maintain proper records and documentation for all transactions
- Coordinate with the accounts and operations team for any discrepancies
- Assist in day-to-day billing and accounting activities
