Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Billing Engineer to join our project team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of civil billing processes, BOQs, and effective coordination with site and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

Preparation, checking, and submission of RA bills and final bills

Preparation and verification of BOQs as per drawings and specifications

Quantity verification in coordination with site engineers

Handling client billing as well as subcontractor billing

Assisting in estimation, budgeting, and cost control activities

Maintaining accurate billing records, project documentation, and progress reports

Ensuring billing compliance with drawings, contracts, and technical specifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering

1–13 years of relevant experience in civil billing

Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of AutoCAD preferred

Strong analytical, numerical, and documentation skills

Good communication and coordination abilities
