• Key Responsibilities:Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages,and other therapies.
• Customize treatments based on client preferences, needs, and skin type.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of spa rooms and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service by making clients feel comfortable and relaxed.
• Recommend home care products and services to clients.
• Maintain records of treatments and ensure all client preferences are noted.
• Assist in managing the spa's inventory and ordering supplies as required.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of the spa area according to hygiene standards.
• Requirements:Diploma or certification in Spa Therapy or related field (ITI or Beauty Therapy).
• 1–2 years of experience in a spa or wellness center.
• Knowledge of various massage techniques and skin care treatments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
