Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Brand Manager to take ownership of the Pice Educare brand strategy. You will be responsible for defining our brand voice, managing our digital and offline presence, and ensuring that our services resonate with students and parents across India.

The ideal candidate understands the nuances of the Indian education sector, excels at storytelling, and can blend creative branding with performance-driven marketing to generate high-quality leads.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company’s vision of affordable and accessible global education.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints (website, social media, brochures, seminars, and counseling centers).
  • Conduct market research to understand student psychology, competitor activities, and emerging trends in overseas education.

2. Digital Presence & Lead Generation

  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to oversee campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube.
  • Monitor brand sentiment online; manage reviews and reputation on platforms like Google My Business, Quora, and educational forums.
  • Drive content strategy: oversee the creation of engaging blogs, student success stories, and video testimonials.

3. Events & Public Relations

  • Plan and represent the brand at education fairs, seminars, and school outreach programs across West Bengal and India.
  • Manage PR activities, press releases, and media relationships to boost local and national visibility.
  • Coordinate with Admission Counselors to ensure the "brand promise" is delivered during student interactions.

4. Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, content writers, and social media executives.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, ad agencies, and print partners for collateral production.

5. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze the performance of brand campaigns (ROI, Reach, Engagement).
  • Prepare monthly reports for the Management team highlighting brand health and growth opportunities.

 

Required Qualifications:

Education:

  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Branding, or Communications is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing Communications, or Product Marketing.
  • Prior experience in the Education / EdTech / Study Abroad Consultancy sector is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of managing marketing budgets and delivering successful campaigns.

Skills:

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the "big picture" while managing day-to-day execution.
  • Digital Fluency: Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Social Media algorithms, and CRM tools.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali/Hindi.
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using Google Analytics and Excel to interpret data.
