Business Associate

Ishaan Consultancy is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Associate to support business development activities, manage client relationships, and assist in consultancy operations. The role involves identifying growth opportunities and ensuring high-quality client service.

• Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business leads and opportunities
• Develop and maintain strong client and partner relationships
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business documents
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of consultancy projects
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Support client onboarding and ongoing account management
• Maintain business records, reports, and MIS data
• Represent Ishaan Consultancy in meetings and professional interactions
• Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Client-handling and relationship management abilities
• Basic understanding of consultancy or service-based businesses
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
• Self-driven and target-oriented attitude
• Preferred Skills (Optional)Experience in business development, sales, or consultancy
• Knowledge of CRM software
