A Business Associate is a versatile, entry-level to mid-level role that acts as the "connective tissue" between different departments, primarily focusing on growth, operations, and client relations.

Because the title is used across many industries (finance, healthcare, tech), the specific duties can vary, but the core objective remains the same: supporting the company’s strategic goals through data analysis, project support, and relationship management.

## Core Responsibilities

* Market Research & Strategy: Identify new business opportunities, analyze industry trends, and monitor competitor activities to help refine the company's market positioning.
