Advisor/ Business Associate/ Senior Business Associate/Chief Business Associate, can speak Hindi Language.
Job function : Life Insurance sales + Recruitment, Team Development and Activation, Build Your Team.
Location: WORK FROM HOME
Salary+incentives= 70,000 (according to busiess development)
Training will be for 1 week, during the training period you will get the stipend upto 35,000 according to your performance.
Selection process- Interview+ final level approvalshould be approved+Training+Examination+Practical Assignment should be done( Business assignment + Activation)
Then will be promoted as a designated associate to partner.
Promotion structure advisor to BA,
BA to SBA, SBA to CBA, CBA to Partner.....
