he Business Associate at Ishaan Consultancy (associated with Tata AIA Life Insurance) is responsible for driving business growth by sourcing life insurance solutions, building strong client relationships, and expanding the advisor and customer base. The role focuses on sales, client advisory, recruitment, and long-term relationship management while maintaining Tata AIA’s service and compliance standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell Tata AIA Life Insurance products to individuals and businesses
• Identify client needs and recommend suitable insurance and financial solutions
• Generate leads through personal networks, referrals, and field activities
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
• Recruit, onboard, and support insurance advisors (if applicable)
• Assist advisors in achieving sales targets and productivity goals
• Ensure timely policy documentation, premium collection, and servicing
• Maintain compliance with IRDAI regulations and Tata AIA guidelines
• Track sales performance and submit regular business reports
• Participate in training programs and business development meetings
• Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (MBA or finance background preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with customer-first approach
• Basic understanding of insurance and financial products
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools
• ExperienceFreshers or candidates with experience in insurance, sales, banking, or financial services
