π Job Role Over view The Business Development Associate (BDA) is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new clients, nurturing relationships, and promoting Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance products. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting overall branch performance.
- π Key Responsibilitiesπ€ Client Acquisition & Relationship Management Identify and approach potential customers for life insurance products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct client meetings and explain product benefits clearly.
- π Sales & Revenue GrowthAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Promote various Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance plans to suitable customers.
- Convert leads provided by the company into successful sales.
- π Lead Management & Follow-upsHandle queries from prospects with professionalism.
- Regular follow-up calls to understand customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales closures.
- π― Business Development ActivitiesParticipate in promotional activities, field visits, and marketing events.
- Generate new business through references and networking.
- Support the branch in achieving overall business goals.
- π Reporting & DocumentationProvide daily/weekly sales reports to managers.
- Ensure correct documentation and adherence to company guidelines.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
