Business Development Associate

Siyaram Merchants Pvt. Ltd., a growing company in the saree & ethnic wear business, is looking for a Female Business Development Associate to join our team. We are looking for a confident and presentable candidate who can handle customer inquiries, assist clients with saree selections, and support our daily sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

a. Handle customer inquiries related to sarees and ethnic wear collections

b. Assist customers in selecting products by explaining fabric, design, and pricing details

c. Manage orders, follow-ups, and client communication

d. Coordinate with warehouse / showroom team for dispatch and availability

e. Maintain customer database and sales records

f. Support online / WhatsApp / phone sales

Key Requirements:

a. Minimum Graduation in any discipline

b. Good communication and interpersonal skills

c. Basic knowledge of MS Office & email handling

d. Prior experience in sales / telecalling / customer handling preferred
