Job Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and target-driven Business Development Executives (Web Consultants) to sell website development and digital marketing services under the International US Process. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in international sales and be comfortable working in the Night Shift (US timing). This role requires strong communication skills, sales confidence, and the ability to understand client requirements and convert leads into successful closures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients through calls and emails (International US Process).
• Pitch website development and digital marketing services effectively.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital solutions.
• Close sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth project execution.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in International US Process or similar international sales process.
• Experience in website or digital service sales preferred.
• Excellent English communication and strong convincing skills.
• Target-oriented with the ability to close deals confidently.
• Comfortable working in the Night Shift (US timing).
• Basic understanding of website development and digital marketing services.
