Job Description

Job Role / Responsibilities The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the company’s international business development, lead generation, and digital marketing activities. The role primarily focuses on identifying potential buyers, generating qualified leads, and arranging online meetings with company leadership.

  • 1. International Lead Generation (Primary Role) Work on a list of target companies provided by the management.
  • Conduct detailed online research to identify accurate phone numbers, email addresses, and company contact details.
  • Prepare and maintain structured Excel databases containing company information and contact details.
  • Send professional email outreach messages to potential clients.
  • Follow up with potential clients to schedule online meetings with the company’s director.
  • Achieve a minimum target of 5 qualified international leads per month.
  • A qualified lead means successfully fixing an online meeting with a potential buyer.
  • 2. Digital Marketing (Secondary Role) Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products and services.
  • Use modern digital tools and AI-based platforms to support lead generation and outreach.
  • Manage outreach through email marketing, LinkedIn networking, and other digital platforms.
  • Support the creation of marketing content, product promotions, and online visibility initiatives.
  • 3. Business Development Support Conduct market research to identify potential buyers and industry opportunities.
  • Apply effective business development techniques to attract new clients.
  • Support the preparation of techno-commercial offers and proposals using company templates.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach activities, and business interactions.
