Job Description
Back office Work key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment
- Planning prospects and regular follow ups with prospects to generate appointments
- Bulk hiring and mass recruitment as per business requirement
- Screening resumes and scheduling interviews
- Conducting initial interviews and coordination with management
- Handling and managing team performance
- Daily follow-ups with team members on targets and productivity
- Training, mentoring, and motivating team members
- Maintaining hiring MIS, attendance, and performance reports
- Ensuring timely onboarding and documentation.
- Working closely with sales and training team
