Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Identify and generate leads for corporate events, exhibitions, activations, and brand promotions.


Pitch event concepts and proposals to potential clients.


Build and maintain long-term client relationships.


Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, operations) for project execution.


Research market trends to identify business opportunities.


Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.



Requirements:


Prior experience in event sales, event management, or related BD role.


Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.


Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.


Good understanding of event industry trends and client needs.


Networking ability and a result-oriented mindset.
