Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 (fixed) + performance incentives

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Nurture and retain existing dealers — act as their relationship manager.
• Make 100+ outbound calls daily to generate and warm up leads.
• Manage IndiaMART inquiries end-to-end — from response to conversion.
• Use Zoho CRM to track, update, and manage leads effectively.
• Communicate professionally in Hindi, English, and Bengali.
• Meet weekly and monthly KPIs, KRAs, and sales targets.
