Job Objective:To promote and increase student enrollments at Rajeev Classes by effectively engaging with prospective students and parents, highlighting the institute’s unique value propositions, and building lasting relationships.

  • Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Follow-Up and admission

  • Identify and reach out to potential students and parents via calls, walk-ins, school visits, and online leads.
  • Maintain a database of inquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Counseling & Conversion:

  • Understand student needs and academic goals to recommend suitable courses.
  • Conduct in-person and telephonic counseling sessions to convert inquiries into admissions.
  • Sales Target Achievement:

  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly enrollment targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and drive conversions.
  • Center Engagement:

  • Organize and participate in seminars, webinars, school workshops, and open houses.
  • Provide support during admission drives, scholarship tests, and events.
  • Reporting & CRM:

  • Update student inquiry data in CRM tools.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for review.
  • Key Skills & Competencies:Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport with students and parents
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Problem-solving and persuasion skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools)
  • Qualifications & Experience: Graduate in any discipline
  • 1–3 years of experience in academic counseling, education sales, or telecalling (freshers with high energy & confidence can also apply)
  • Local language proficiency is a plus
