Role Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in client acquisition through freelance marketplaces and proposal-based sales. The role involves identifying opportunities, submitting tailored proposals, and converting leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify project opportunities through freelance platforms and inbound leads
• Write and submit customized, high-converting proposals
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Communicate with international clients via chat, email, and virtual meetings
• Build long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business
• Coordinate with internal teams for project understanding and execution
• Maintain a strong pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in IT sales / bidding / client acquisition
• Experience working on freelance platforms (e.g., Upwork or similar)
• Proven ability to write winning proposals
• Good understanding of web development, design, and digital marketing services
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

Salary

₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Incentives (Upto 10K)
