Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Description:

Onyx Destinations is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand our hospitality business. The candidate will be responsible for tie-ups with travel agents, corporates, and business clients to generate bulk hotel and travel bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients

Develop strong B2B partnerships for bulk bookings

Negotiate commercial terms and close deals

Maintain long-term relationships with existing partners

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Coordinate with internal operations team for smooth booking execution

Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in hospitality, travel, or tourism sales is preferred

Knowledge of hotel bookings, corporate travel, or group bookings

Good communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and meet targets

Comfortable with field work and client meetings

Experience:

1–5 years in Business Development / Sales (Hospitality or Travel preferred)

Freshers with strong sales skills and interest in travel may also apply
