Business Development Executive (BDE)

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Identify potential clients through market research, networking, social platforms, and references.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
• Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and meetings to explain Grip Consultancy services.

2. Client Relationship Management

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services/solutions.
• Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and ensure recurring business.
• Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.

3. Sales & Revenue Growth

• Convert leads into business opportunities and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate terms to close deals.
• Track sales metrics and submit regular performance reports.

4. Market Research & Strategy

• Keep track of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
• Suggest new business initiatives and strategies to expand Grip Consultant’s market reach.
• Support in developing marketing content, campaigns, and promotional activities.

5. Coordination & Documentation

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintain updated records of leads, meetings, proposals, and client communications.
• Update CRM/Excel trackers regularly for transparent reporting.
