Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive with hands-on experience across the complete sales cycle. The ideal candidate will be confident in generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals while consistently achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities - Conduct cold calling and lead generation activities - Generate new sales opportunities and close deals - Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients - Manage and update the sales pipeline effectively - Analyze market trends and identify competitive advantages - Track sales metrics to ensure targets are consistently met Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year of experience in IT sales - Proven experience in the full sales cycle, including deal closure - Strong convincing and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and presentation abilities - Experience with CRM tools is preferred
