💼 Job Title: Business Development & Sales Executive (IndiaMART + Lead Generation)

📍 Location: Kolkata

💰 Salary: ₹9,000 – ₹11,000 + High Incentives

🕒 Job Type: Full-Time

🎯 Job Role:

* Handle incoming leads from IndiaMART

* Call and understand customer requirements

* Share product details via call/WhatsApp

* Regular follow-ups to convert leads into sales

* Generate new leads from LinkedIn (basic level), Google & other platforms

* Maintain daily data in CRM/Excel

📞 Daily Responsibilities:

* Call fresh IndiaMART leads quickly (within 5–10 minutes)

* Follow up with old leads (minimum 4–5 follow-ups)

* Send product details on WhatsApp

* Search and connect with potential clients on LinkedIn (basic use)

* Do basic cold calling from collected data

* Update lead status and report daily

✅ Requirements:

* Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Bengali)

* Comfortable with calling & follow-ups

* Basic knowledge of LinkedIn (searching & connecting)

* Sales experience preferred (Fresher can apply)
