We’re looking for dynamic Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our team in Kolkata!

Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Park Circus, Kolkata (On-site)

Experience Required: 6 months – 2 years in sales/telesales

Employment Type: Full-time

As an SDR at Teletrix Infotech, you'll be the crucial first touchpoint for businesses seeking growth. You'll engage directly with Australian companies, introduce customized solutions, and schedule high-value appointments for our clients. This high-impact role offers an attractive incentive structure with unlimited earning potential and clear pathways for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct strategic outbound calls to Australian businesses to qualify and nurture leads
• Schedule high-value appointments with qualified prospects for our client partners
• Utilize structured sales scripts while adapting messaging based on real-time conversations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
• Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance KPIs
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine and optimize outreach strategies
• Engage prospects across multiple channels including calls, emails, and LinkedIn

Essential RequirementsEssential Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Fluent English communication skills with clear, professional, and engaging conversational ability
• Strong sales acumen with proven ability to identify opportunities and build rapport
• Resilience and adaptability when handling objections and rejection
• Excellent attention to detail for CRM management and lead follow-up
• Mandatory: Ability to work on-site from our Kolkata office

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or B2B sales
• Experience working with international clients, particularly in the Australian market
• Multi-channel communication expertise (phone, email, LinkedIn outreach)
• Demonstrated passion for sales with hunger for continuous career growth
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Work Schedule

Full-time position

Shift Timing: 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM IST (aligned with Australian business hours)

Work Days: 5-day work week (Monday to Friday – weekends off!)

Office Location: Cegura Building, 3rd Floor, 9 Syed Amir Ali Ave, Park Circus, Ballygunge, Kolkata – 700017 (Near Zishan Restaurant)

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Package: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
