Job Description :

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development professional to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. The role involves end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closure, along with active participation in networking and business forums.

Key Responsibilities :

• Be a part of the regional sales team to expand the client base and drive revenue growth.
• ·       Take complete ownership of the sales lifecycle – from lead generation to deal closure through consistent client engagement.
• ·       Generate, qualify, and manage new leads on a continuous basis.
• ·       Create and maintain a robust client database using CRM platforms.
• ·       Plan and organize seminars, workshops, and webinars for prospective clients.
• ·       Represent the organization at networking events, business forums, and industry meetups.
• ·       Identify relevant industry associations, initiate memberships, and attend meetings on behalf of the organization.
• ·       Build long-term relationships with entrepreneurs, business owners, and key decision-makers.

Who Can Apply :

• 6–8 years of experience in Business Development or Sales roles, preferably in the service or consulting industry.

• Salary: Up to 30k

• Employment Type: Full Time

• Working Days: Monday to Friday

• Working Hours: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
