Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive (Insurance Sales)

Location: Kasba, Bosepukur

Job Type: Full-time (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Salary: Competitive + Best Incentive Structure

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients in the local market through various channels (e.g., networking, referrals, cold calling, social media).
  • Sales Presentation: Deliver compelling product presentations to clients, explaining the benefits and coverage options of insurance plans.
  • Client Acquisition & Retention: Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to effectively pitch insurance solutions.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Proactively identify new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and results. Prepare reports for management as required.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or related fields.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed and achieve sales targets.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus but not mandatory (training will be provided).
  • Must be a resident of or near Kasba/Bosepukur.
