Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Lead Generation:

• Identify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
• Build a robust pipeline of prospects across various channels.

Relationship Building:

• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with potential clients.
• Serve as the first point of contact to represent Innovination's services.

Requirement Handoff:

• Understand client requirements during initial conversations.
• Pass on detailed client needs and requirements to the respective team responsible for closing the lead.

Market Research:

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
• Identify new opportunities to expand client reach.

Reporting & Coordination:

• Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions and progress.
• Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation efforts to the management.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Familiarity with IT services or digital marketing is a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
