Job Title: Business Development Executive (In house Sales)

Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive (In house Sales) working for a garment manufacturing company, will be responsible for generating business by selling garments to wholesale buyers, Boutique owner, distributors, and Garments exporter through phone-based communication. The role focuses on promoting the brand's fashion products, building strong client relationships, and closing sales deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to retailers, wholesalers, boutiques, and corporate buyers.
- Introduce and promote the fashion brand’s products, collections, and offers.
- Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into sales.
- Maintain a database of existing and potential B2B clients.
- Share product catalogs, pricing, and order details with clients.
- Negotiate pricing and terms according to company policies.
- Coordinate with the sales and logistics team to process and track orders.
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with business clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collect feedback from clients to improve service and product offerings.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM or spreadsheets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
- Prior experience in B2B telesales, fashion sales, or wholesale distribution.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good command of English and Hindi.
- Confidence in handling business clients over the phone.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of fashion trends and product categories.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / CRM is an added advantage.
- Good relationship-building ability
