Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, meetings, and lead follow-ups
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable products or services
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and sales targets
  • Follow up on leads and convert prospects into confirmed customers
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM
  • Prepare sales and performance reports for management review
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and order execution

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proven experience in target-driven sales or business development
  • Ability to identify opportunities and close deals effectively
  • Customer-centric approach with problem-solving abilities
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
  • Good planning, follow-up, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development
  • Experience in B2B/B2C sales is an added advantage
