Job Description

As a Business Development Executive (SDR), you will be the engine of our sales pipeline. Your primary goal is to identify, reach out to, and qualify potential clients who need world-class development and design services. You will work closely with the leadership team to refine our outreach strategy and ensure a consistent flow of high-quality opportunities.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential clients (B2B SaaS, tech startups, and global enterprises) that fit our ideal client profile.
  • Outbound Outreach: Execute multi-channel outreach strategies, including personalized cold emailing, LinkedIn prospecting, and social selling.
  • Inbound Qualification: Promptly follow up with inbound leads to understand their project requirements and qualify them for the sales team.
  • Pitching Envizn Labs: Articulate our value proposition as a premier Webflow agency, effectively communicating how our design and development services solve client pain points.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule discovery calls and consultations between qualified prospects and our technical/sales leads.
  • CRM Management: Maintain clean and accurate records of all interactions, leads, and pipeline stages in our CRM.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, Webflow ecosystem updates, and competitor activity to better position our services.


What We Are Looking For:


  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a Sales Development (SDR) or Business Development role, preferably within a digital agency, software services, or SaaS environment.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills. You should be able to write emails that people actually want to read.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with the Webflow ecosystem or the "No-Code" movement is a massive plus. Comfort using tools like HubSpot/Pipedrive, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo.io is required.
  • Persistence: A resilient "hunter" mindset. You aren't afraid of cold outreach and have the discipline to follow up until you get a "yes" or "no."
  • Curiosity: A deep interest in design, technology, and how businesses grow online.
