Agent Recruitment & Onboarding

Identifying and recruiting a team of Insurance Advisors/Consultants (e.g., housewives, retired professionals, or freelancers).

Assisting new recruits with the IRDAI certification process and necessary licensing exams.

2. Team Management & Training

Conducting product training sessions to ensure your team understands various life insurance plans (ULIPs, Term Plans, etc.).

Motivating and guiding advisors to meet their individual sales targets.

3. Business Generation

Achieving "New Business Premium" (NBP) targets through your team.

Driving customer acquisition and managing "persistency" (ensuring existing customers continue to pay their premiums).

4. Market Expansion

Scanning the local market for new business opportunities.

Conducting joint field calls with your advisors to help them close high-value deals.

Education Graduate in any stream (12th Pass may be considered for junior roles).

Experience 0–2 years (Freshers are often welcome) or 1–6 years for senior executive roles.

Mandatory Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel) and strong communication in Bengali/Hindi/English.

Core Skills Lead generation, cold calling, convincing skills, and relationship management.
