📍 Location: Kolkata
💼 Role: Business Development Executive (BDE)
💰 Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA (Fixed + Performance Incentives)
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell Apna Jobs subscriptions and packages
- Visit client offices for meetings and closures
- Daily cold calling, lead generation, and follow-ups
- Acquire new clients and build strong business relationships
- Achieve assigned sales targets consistently
Requirements:
- Own bike – Mandatory 🚲
- Own laptop – Mandatory 💻
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Passion for sales, client acquisition, and business growth
- Field sales experience preferred (freshers with strong sales intent can apply)
