Job Summary
The Business Developer is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, increasing revenue, and supporting long-term business growth. The role involves market research, lead generation, client meetings, proposal preparation, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking
• Generate leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn, meetings, and referrals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Understand customer needs and propose suitable products/services
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and contracts
• Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations)
• Track sales activities and maintain CRM records
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and business events
