Job OverviewWe are looking for a results-driven Telecalling Business Development Executive with excellent spoken English and a strong conversion mindset. The role focuses on cold calling, lead qualification, structured follow-ups, and appointment setting for UAE and international business setup services.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound cold calls to prospective clients in India and UAE
- Pitch business setup solutions including company formation, licensing, visas, and compliance
- Qualify leads based on intent, budget, and readiness to proceed
- Conduct regular follow-ups via calls and WhatsApp Business
- Schedule appointment-ready leads for senior business consultants
- Update and manage lead data in CRM (Zoho preferred)
- Focus on conversion quality, not just call volume
- Meet daily and monthly KPIs related to calls, lead quality, and follow-ups
- Ethics & Brand RepresentationRepresent the JSK brand with professionalism, accuracy, and integrity
- Ensure ethical communication and correct service representation at all times
- Required Skills & QualificationsExcellent spoken English (mandatory)
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, or business development
- Strong objection handling and persuasion skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho preferred)
- Working knowledge of WhatsApp Business, dialers, and lead management sheets
- Target-oriented with the ability to work under performance metrics
- Preferred Candidate ProfilePrior experience handling UAE or international clients
- Knowledge of business setup or consulting services
- Disciplined, process-driven, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working flexible hours aligned with UAE time zones
- Additional languages (Hindi, regional languages, Arabic) are an advantage
- Performance ExpectationsConsistently achieve or exceed defined KPIs
- Maintain high-quality leads and strong conversion ratios
- Follow structured calling and follow-up processes
- Demonstrate professional communication with every client interaction
