What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Chase Leads: We’ll hand you leads from our marketing campaigns. You’ll call, meet, pitch, and close them.
  • Create Your Own Opportunities: Hit the field — visit offices, hospitals, colleges, commercial spaces — and generate your own leads through cold calling, door-to-door visits, and smart prospecting.
  • Daily Rhythm: Spend the first half of the day in office for training, briefing, and planning. Then second half out in the market chasing sales.
  • Use Sales Tech: Use mobile apps like CRM, sales tracking apps, and reporting tools to update leads, meetings, and field activity.
  • Pitch Like a Pro: Meet Admin Heads, Facility Managers, Purchase Heads and show them why Sip & Snax is the perfect vending solution.
  • Close Deals: Drive new business signups, hit monthly targets, and earn incentives.
  • Own Your Pipeline: Track your leads, meetings, and closures properly. Be your own boss in your territory.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 2-3 years of field sales/business development experience. (Experience in vending/office supplies/B2B services is a bonus.)
  • Someone who loves meeting new people, can hustle, and isn’t afraid of cold calling or door knocking.
  • Comfortable using mobile apps for CRM, lead tracking, and reporting.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and loves being on the move.
  • Two-wheeler and valid license preferred.
