Business Development Manager

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager responsible for managing and expanding dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks. The candidate will drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.

• Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and channel partner network.
• Appoint new dealers/distributors in assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
• Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.
• Support partners with product training and promotional activities.
• Ensure timely order collection and payment follow-ups.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability.
• Prepare sales reports and forecast future sales.
• Required Skills:Strong knowledge of channel sales & distribution management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets.
• Good market analysis and reporting skills.
• Strong relationship-building abilities.
• Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• MBA (Preferred but not mandatory).
• Preferred Candidate Profile:Experience in handling dealer/distributor network.
• Ready for field sales and travel.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
