About the Company:

AI-Recovery & High Value Services LLP is a professional firm specializing in insurance claim assistance, recovery services, and financial dispute management. We work with clients across India to ensure fair resolutions and effective support in claim-related matters.


Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and managing strategic partnerships in the insurance and recovery domain.


Key Responsibilities:


·        Identify and develop new business opportunities in Insurance and Financial Sector.

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and corporate associates.

·        Meet monthly and quarterly targets utilizing provided team and cross-functional tools.

·        Understand channel partner & client's requirements and coordinate with internal teams (Legal, Operations, and Tele-calling) for service delivery.

·        Prepare and present business proposals and reports to management.

·        Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop effective growth strategies.

·        Handle channel partner meetings, negotiations, and closures professionally.

·        Maintain proper documentation of leads, prospects, and closures.


Requirements:


• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a BDM, preferably in insurance, finance, or recovery services.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business targets.

• Excellent organizational and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be an advantage.


Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Sunday: Fixed Off
