We are looking for a dynamic & result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth, manage key clients, and oversee operations at a strategic level.
This role will be responsible for expanding business, controlling site operations, and ensuring strong management across all locations.
🔥 Key Responsibilities:
📈 Generate new business & secure security service contracts
🤝 Build & maintain relationships with clients & corporate houses
🧑💼 Oversee regional/site operations & ensure discipline
📊 Monitor performance of site teams & managers
🧠 Develop strategies to grow manpower & revenue
⚖️ Ensure no dependency on a single individual – build strong systems
🎯 Requirements:
🔞 Age: 28 – 45 years
⏳ Minimum 5+ years experience in security services / facility management / manpower industry
💼 Strong background in business development + operations control
🗣️ Excellent communication, leadership & negotiation skills
🚗 Ability to travel across sites
