Job Opening: Social Media Presenter & Business Development Executive (Real Estate)We are looking for a female candidate to join our growing real estate company as a Social Media Presenter & Business Development Executive.

Role OverviewThe selected candidate will be responsible for presenting real estate projects through engaging video content and managing social media engagement, while also supporting the business development activities of the company by coordinating with clients, property owners, and real estate developers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPresent residential and commercial real estate projects through video presentations on
• YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms
• Act as the on-camera face for real estate walkthroughs, promotional videos, and short reels
• Plan, manage, and grow the company’s social media presence and engagement
• Coordinate with the internal team for content creation, scheduling, and promotions
• Engage with clients, property owners, and real estate developers for new listings and projects
• Assist in business development activities, including follow-ups and relationship management
• Handle inquiries generated through social media platforms and route them to the sales team
• Maintain a professional brand image of the company across all digital platforms

Candidate Requirements:-

• Female candidate with a confident
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages
• Comfortable facing the camera and interacting with audiences
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and video content
• Interest in real estate, marketing, and client engagement
• Self-motivated, organized, and willing to grow with the company
• Prior experience in real estate, social media, or business development will be an advantage (but not mandatory)
